About Dylan Tullberg

I’m Dylan, a product leader and hands-on builder. Originally from the US, now at home in Hilversum, Netherlands.
Where it started.
Co-founding and running Earthwave meant being responsible for more than the product. I hired people, built partnerships, developed marketing campaigns, and worked through what it took to deliver a nationwide internet service. Customer experience and commercial decisions were part of the same job. Seeing what our software projects could change for people drew me further into that work.
That perspective stayed with me as I moved into connected commerce, global learning sites, and public platforms. The setting changed, but the work still meant understanding what people needed, getting the right people involved, and following through.
At Aquablu, that experience now informs AI-enabled products. Starting with Atlas, I went on to shape Aura2 with the team and take responsibility for its AI experience. Building with agents also opened up a new question: how should a team organize, check, and maintain that work?

Each chapter added a different set of demands: winning customers, coordinating global releases, making public data accessible, and putting AI to use.
2026–present
Aquablu AI Solutions Engineer
Defined and built Aura2’s AI experience, including the assistant, long-term memory, evaluation, privacy, and operational controls. Designed and built Orbit, and contributed to Atlas.
2025
Modus21 Senior Associate
Proxy Product Owner at Modus21, subcontracting to KPMG. Introduced AI-assisted analysis to reconstruct legacy requirements and shape delivery without source-code access.
2023–2025
Consulting & The MIL Corporation Product, analysis, and delivery
Commerce and CRM projects alongside State Department HR/payroll modernization, Jira administration, and requirements traceability. Co-founded UserHero in 2023.
2017–2023
NOAA / Lynker Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager
Digital Coast modernization, the Historical Hurricane Tracker, training systems, and planning for geospatial infrastructure migration to Azure.

Understand before committing
Customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints belong in the same conversation. I start by establishing the problem with the team before committing to a solution.
Make decisions with people
Trade-offs are easier to resolve with the people who build, use, and run the product. My role is to clarify the choices, agree priorities, and make sure everyone knows who owns the next step.
Stay accountable through delivery
Prototypes turn assumptions into something we can test. I stay involved as those ideas become software, including the safeguards and quality checks needed when building with AI.
